This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to your use of this app (Account Pro / Account Sir). This app does not represent any government entity and is built solely for personal and business bookkeeping purposes.

This Policy describes the information we collect through the App and how we use it. This app requires access to your device's external storage to backup and restore the database. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

✅ Your Accounting Data — Never Collected

We want to be completely transparent: Account Pro does not collect, transmit, or store any of your financial data. Your accounts, transactions, ledger entries, and reports exist only on your device.

When you choose to back up your data, it is saved directly to your personal Google Drive account — encrypted and under your full control. We have no access to it whatsoever.

ℹ️ Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to operate the app:

• User Account Information: When you sign in with your Google account, we collect your basic profile information — name, profile photo, and email address. This is used solely for account management within the App and is never shared with any third party.
• Device Information: We collect basic information about your device (model, operating system version, unique device identifier) for technical purposes such as analyzing app performance and troubleshooting issues.

☁️ Google Drive Backup & Sync

Account Pro offers an optional backup feature that saves your database to your own Google Drive. This is the only way your data leaves your device — and it goes directly to your personal storage, not our servers.

• Only you can access your Drive backup — we cannot.
• You can delete the backup file from your Google Drive at any time.
• You can revoke the app's Drive access from your Google account settings.
• This feature is completely optional. The app works fully offline without it.

📢 Third-Party Advertising (AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect information about your device and app usage to serve you relevant ads. We do not have control over the data collected or used by Google AdMob.

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
